Time for a Refresh
Reflecting on What Is, Embracing Change and Renewing Intentions for the Rest of the Year
My beautiful friends,
Can you believe it's already April? It feels like we were just bringing in the New Year, and yet here we are. Time flies, doesn't it?
Reflecting on the Year So Far
How has this year been unfolding for you?
Has it surpassed your expectations?
Or, perhaps, has it taken a path you didn't foresee?
Maybe it's been a mix of highs and lows?
Whatever your experience, remember: it's always the right time for reflection and recalibration.
It’s never too late.
Revisiting Our Aspirations
As many of you know, I devoted the onset of this year to crafting my Inspiration & Aspiration Plan. Despite the roadmap I laid out, life, as always, had its own narrative to follow.
2024 has been a year of:
Unexpected joy, gifting moments more splendid than I could've ever imagined.
New realities and challenges, unforeseen but equally enriching.
This past Sunday, accompanied by my favorite tunes (ping me if you'd like the playlist!), a soothing candle, and the bold drawing of my 2024 plan on my whiteboard, I indulged in a bit of reflection.
I spent some time thinking about:
What still resonates with me?
What no longer serves my journey?
What do I still want to embrace, and what is missing?
Adjustments were made, signaling that while our plans may change, our growth and adaptation continue.
Embracing Change
Change is inevitable, and how we navigate it defines our unfolding story. Now is a perfect moment to:
Celebrate the beauty of what is, and has been so far this year.
Acknowledge what hasn't quite worked.
Redefine your intentions with your new found wisdom.
Remember, it's never too late to realign and reimagine.
A Closing Note of Love
It's the perfect time for self-reflection and intention setting.
If you're navigating shifts in your life or facing unexpected turns, you're not alone.
Together, let's embrace the truth of what is, and the possibility of what might be; and then see what happens.
If this post resonated with you, and it feels aligned, I’d love to send you my newsletter.
