It’s complicated.
In fact, life is more complicated now than ever before.
I know, and I get it.
I’m a believer that life is good (REALLY, good!) but the reality is that it’s often (a lot more lately) really hard, too.
The truth is that we have to fight for hopefulness and for joy. We have to fight for what feels good, and right.
I know how easy it is to get lost in our lives.
And pulled away from what matters most.
How quickly we get overwhelmed, letting worry and anxiety take over, or allowing frustration, even despair with what is, get in the way of what’s possible.
When everything is hard, it’s really easy to forget how much agency we actually have in shaping our own lives, and how courageous, resilient, and frankly, exceptional we truly are.
But now it is time to remember. So let me remind you.
