Summer is coming!!

I’m a girl who loves seasons.

I love the arrival of every new season; each one bringing with it a unique energy and opportunity. They are all different and amazing, and I thoroughly enjoy when each one begins, and when it ends. 

For example, summer arrives with a suitcase full of sunshine, promising longer days and lighter spirits. But let's face it, amidst the excitement and buzz, the pressure to make the most of every sunny day can sometimes feel overwhelming.

What if you could approach this summer with a fresh perspective? What if this season is not about blindly jumping on the bandwagon of either scheduling endless activities or committing yourself to complete rest; but instead finding a sweet spot somewhere in between?

Imagine a summer where every invitation isn't met with a hasty "yes" or a guilt-ridden "no," but a thoughtful "Maybe, I’ll Think About It." 

The power of maybe can lead to a more balanced, enjoyable, and introspective summer. Perhaps we can redefine what summer looks like by honoring not just the extremes, but the vast shades of maybe in between.

Conversely, saying "no" can be equally powerful. No to overpacked schedules, no to overwhelming social obligations, no to the hustle culture that doesn’t slow down even in the heat. Maybe gives you the space to consider which nos are essential for maintaining your boundaries and well-being.
